what is boxing?

Boxing is a martial art and combat sport used in the ring for amateur and professional fighting and also for the highly intensive fitness aspect. It consists primarily of punching, footwork, body movement, agility training, and core training to be able to outmaneuver and knock out an opponent with head and body strikes.

SCHEDULE

Boxing classes are available Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 pm and every Saturday at 12:00 pm.
